Who we are, what we publish and how it works
Penny Close Report is the evening publication for U.S. penny stocks. It tells the story of each session after the bell: what moved, why it moved, what changed since the morning, and what the record looks like over the week, month, quarter and year. Dashiell, the site's evening anchor, writes the closing pieces and answers questions in the chat.
The site carries the afternoon read, the evening wrap and the daily summary, plus the weekly, monthly, quarterly, year-to-date and yearly editions. Event Signal reports appear here too, with each follow-up measured on completed closing prices until the event is resolved.
Reports publish late in the session and after the close, Eastern time, on the NYSE calendar. The longer editions publish on their own schedule and roll up every day in the window, so nothing is left out of the record.
Coverage spans every SEC-registered penny stock in the United States. Prices are measured from completed sessions and filings come from SEC EDGAR, so every figure in a closing report can be traced back to its source.
The close is where a day's arguments get settled, and a fair record is the best defense against hype. Reading the morning expectation next to the closing result is how readers learn which signals hold up. The material is educational and is not personal investment advice.
